Belvoir Challenge

The Belvoir Challenge – 15 or 26 miles with a side of cake?

The Belvoir Challenge is a 15 or 26 mile trail run in the Vale held on 25 February 2017, for both runners and walkers around the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire. Throughout the route there are checkpoints offering everything from home-made cakes, flapjack and, sandwiches, Mars® bars, jelly babies and drinks. It is arguably the only event of its nature where entrants can put weight on! Given the time of year, it was reasonably dry underfoot, though plenty of mud if you went looking for it and a couple of hills turned into mudslides over the course of the event.
