Our main group run every week, during the autumn and winter months, takes place on a Wednesday at 7pm from Melton Sports Village. Details can be found here.

Over the summer months, when we have the light evenings, we generally meet on a Wednesday at a pub in one of local villages for an hour’s run over the fields, followed by a drink in the pub. The “Routes” page of the website includes links to a few of our favourite runs and further details are on the dedicated page here.
Groups of Striders are also often out and about at other times – whether on Mondays running alongside the beginners group, Saturdays at parkrun or anywhere else (keep your eyes and ears open at club runs and on Facebook and you’re sure to find out more).
Without wishing to be too formal, as a club we put our heads together and agreed what it means to be a Strider. These ‘club rules’ can be found on the club rules page.
